Visit your nearest NRC (or start on Pak-ID); a major DOB change may need biometric verification and scrutiny.
Submit the modification form with your documents.
Complete biometric verification and pay the fee.
NADRA verifies the change; track via SMS to 8400 and collect your corrected CNIC.
