  • Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan & ICT: Apply at your local District / Deputy Commissioner (DC) office u2014 most regions do not yet offer a public online domicile portal.

Eligibility Criteria

Pakistani citizen permanently residing in the district (or whose family belongs to it).
Valid CNIC holder.
Applicant who does not already hold a domicile of another district.

Father's / spouse's CNIC and their domicile (for derivation)
Proof of residence (utility bill, rent or ownership document)
Recent photographs and the prescribed application form (Form-C / affidavit where required)
