Eligibility Criteria

Any Pakistani citizen (CNIC holder) can request their FRC.
All family members listed must be registered with NADRA with a 13-digit ID (CNIC, NICOP, POC or CRC / B-Form).
Overseas Pakistanis can apply online using their NICOP.

How to Apply — Step by Step

Online: log in to id.nadra.gov.pk with your CNIC and registered mobile number, select the FRC service, choose the category (birth-family / married / combined), verify the family composition, pay online and submit u2014 the PDF is usually emailed within 24 hours.

At a centre: obtain a token at the NRC or e-Khidmat centre, complete biometric verification to retrieve your family data, review the draft for spelling, pay the fee and collect the certificate.

Any minor included without a photo on their CRC must be present for a photograph.
