About This Scheme
The PM Youth Business & Agriculture Loan Scheme (PMYBALS) is a flagship initiative launched by the Government of Pakistan under the Prime Minister Youth Programme (PMYP). The scheme provides easy, low-interest loans to young Pakistanis who want to start or grow their own business or agricultural venture. With loan amounts ranging from PKR 500,000 to PKR 7.5 million, PMYBALS is designed to reduce unemployment, boost entrepreneurship, and strengthen Pakistan's agricultural sector. The scheme is being executed through major Pakistani banks including HBL, NBP, UBL, Meezan Bank, and others, making it accessible across the country.
