  2. جووینائل کارڈ کا فارم بھریں (آن لائن یا NADRA سینٹر پر)۔
  3. بچے کی تصویر اور انگلیوں کے نشان لینے کے لیے والدین کے شناختی کارڈ اور بچے کے ب فارم کے ساتھ NADRA سینٹر جائیں۔
  4. والدین کی انگلیوں کے نشان اور تصویر دینا ہوگی۔
  5. فیس جمع کروائیں۔

What is a Juvenile Card?

The NADRA Juvenile Card (JV) is an official, chip-based Smart Identity Card issued to Pakistani citizens under 18 years of age under Rule 18 of the NADRA (NIC) Rules, 2002. It serves as a child’s primary legal identification, linking the minor’s biometric and demographic data to NADRA’s national database.

Unlike the traditional B-Form (CRC) which is a paper document, the Juvenile Card is a wallet-sized physical card with a secure microchip — the same smart card technology used in adult CNICs.

Normal
Up to 45 days — Fee: Rs. 750

Urgent
Up to 30 days — Fee: Rs. 1,500

Executive
Up to 12 days — Fee: Rs. 2,500

ⓘ Fee is paid in cash only at NADRA counter. Processing begins after fee payment. NADRA centers open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Pakistani child under 18 years of age.
At least one parent must hold a valid CNIC (overseas parents may use a NICOP).
The child must already have a B-Form (Child Registration Certificate).

How to Apply — Step by Step

If the child already has a B-Form (CRC), you can start the Juvenile Card application online through the Pak-ID app; otherwise visit your nearest NADRA Registration Centre (NRC) directly.

Fill in the Juvenile Card application form (online via Pak-ID, or at the NRC).

Visit the NRC with the parents' CNICs and the child's B-Form so the child's photograph and fingerprints can be captured.

Complete the parent's biometric verification.

Pay the fee for your chosen service type.

Track via SMS to 8400 or the Pak-ID app, then collect the Juvenile Card.
