- Your full legal name and complete contact information (email address and postal address).
- A clear identification and description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our Website where the allegedly infringing material is located, so we can find it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, we will review it promptly. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing and will make a reasonable effort to notify the party that provided the content.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@imdadportal.com. Your counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may remove content and restrict or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual-property rights of others.
6. Good-Faith Requirement
Please be aware that under applicable law, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly make a material misrepresentation that content is infringing. If you are unsure whether material is protected by copyright, you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice.
